Items that are new or gently used that are very clean, fully functioning,
structurally sound, 100% complete with ALL PARTS attached.

• ARCHITECTURAL ITEMS (mantels, columns, stained/leaded, glass windows, etc)

• APPLIANCES (electrical only; 5 years old or newer)

• BUILDING MATERIAL (lumber, trim, molding, wooden sheet goods, gutters, siding, shingles, ventilation, insulation, brick/block, ceiling tile, shutters)

• CABINETS (kitchen & bathroom cabinets - individual pieces or sets, must have all doors & drawers)

• DOORS (pre-hung or slabs, exterior or interior, closet doors, metal storm doors; MUST HAVE ALL PARTS)

• ELECTRICAL/ LIGHTING (lights, fixtures, supplies)

• FLOORING (laminate, hardwood, vinyl, tile - at least 25 sq. ft - with no adhesive, splitting or cracking; new carpet only - at least 10' x 10'; no rugs

• FURNITURE (wood & upholstered items - no rips, pet hair, tears, stains or soiled spots)

• HARDWARE (door hinges & hardware, cabinet hardware, hinges, fasteners - nails, screws, hangers, connectors)

• MEDIA (artwork)

• MISCELLANEOUS (home decor, Christmas items, wallpaper, framed mirrors, freestanding wood stoves, bicycles, small exercise equipment)

• PLUMBING (includes: kitchen sinks - stainless, fiberglass, porcelain or cast iron; bathroom sinks - drop in, vessel, pedestal, wall or under mount; tubs - in fiberglass or cast iron; complete toilets or showers - no cracks)

• TOOLS (hand & power tools, lawn care machines - working and in good condition)

• WINDOW UNITS (complete with all sashes and frame)

• Encyclopedias, text books

• Faucets (without lead certification)

• Fireplace inserts, gas logs

• Fluorescent lights/bulbs (USED)

• Gas appliances, propane heaters

• Glass shower doors, unframed mirrors, plate
glass

• Grills

• HVAC parts, thermostats

• Kitchenware, plasticware

• Linens

• Mattresses or box springs

• Metal storm doors, storm windows(INCOMPLETE)
